<image:title>Our Story - Little did they know — Nalini, Ray, and their son Akash — that their dream would grow exponentially, just like the vines they planted on Calle Callento. Willpower and manpower, friends and extended family, helped guide them along the way. A winery and tasting room stocked with award-winning wines, season upon season of events and activities, and the joy of counting loyal customers among their ever-growing family proved to be more gratifying than they could have imagined.</image:title>

<image:title>Our Story - The history of Akash begins with a family — a mom, dad, and son with a vision. A photo of a vineyard, perched on a fireplace mantle 20 years ago, embodied the Patel family dream. In 2010, that vision took root in the sandy loam of the beautiful Temecula Valley, when they purchased a 20-acre parcel of prime vineyard land.</image:title>

<image:title>Our Story - Our artful, lively tasting room and patio opened to the public in 2019. Spirited gatherings, tasting events, and wine club pickup parties fill the space with fun and excitement year-round. Join us for a yoga session on the patio, a sumptuous picnic in the vineyard, or a glass of wine at sunset. We hope to welcome you there, as part of our growing, extended family. From the Patel Family to yours — we hope you experience a taste of our dream in every glass.</image:title>

<image:title>Our Story - Working alongside renowned winemaker Renato Sais, the Patels craft wines that are both unique and familiar. Two distinct labels, one sourced from their meticulously farmed estate vineyards and the other from neighboring vines, offer something for every palate. Contemporary, eye-catching labels signify that theirs is not a winery stuck in the dark ages. Rather, it is a vibrant, living dream that continues to grow and evolve over time.</image:title>

<image:caption>You can thank our friend lactobacillus for the tart, tangy, and infinitely refreshing flavor of Akash Brewing’s Kettle Sour. The magic happens in the mash tun, where hungry probiotics turn sugar into lactic acid. All this acid tends to act as a color booster, adding a little CMYK to this bright, cheery red beer that speaks of summer sun and naps in the hammock.</image:caption>

<image:caption>The clouds clear, and a couple rays of sunshine burst on through. Always makes you smile, right? As does this bright and juicy, unfiltered IPA. We took the bitterness scale down an octave or two, leaving room for a few more of those citrus flower notes we love. Go on, call us a “Hazeboi.” See if we care.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Here's What's Brewing - Claro, Que Sí</image:title>
<image:caption>Drinkability is king, or queen if you will, in this classic Mexican Lager. The addition of corn to the mash during brewing brings crispness, while pilsner malt ensures perfect clarity. No firetruckin’ around here with fancy additions — this beer is meant to quench the meanest summer thirst or Scoville-busting chile.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Here's What's Brewing - Hello, Red.</image:title>
<image:caption>Add a pop of color to your pint, with our mahogany red amber ale. In every gorgeous pour, complex malty flavors and distinctly delicious bitter notes duke it out for dominance on the playing field. <image:title>Here's What's Brewing - In Your Face Flavor</image:title>
<image:caption>Pack that boil kettle full of hops, and what do you get? A direct hit to your hop-loving nose and mid-palate. Bitter in the best sense of the word, this is one clean, bright, piney brew. Classic bergamot flavors drift into further hoppy bliss, brightening rather than dampening your palate. This beer makes us seriously hungry for a plate of tacos al pastor.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Here's What's Brewing - Platinum-Level Refreshment</image:title>
<image:caption>Being a meteorologist in So-Cal is pretty much like winning the lottery. We only have three seasons, after all — Early Summer, Summer, and Late Summer. As such, we need a steady supply of beer that’s not only refreshing, but crisp enough to snap our sun-drenched brains to attention. Our Akash Blonde Ale is just the ticket — clean as a freshly-pressed dress shirt, with a healthy dose of hops-meets-grapefruit orchard aromas that bring substance and style to the table.</image:caption>

<image:title>West Coast IPA - In Your Face Flavor</image:title>
<image:caption>Pack that boil kettle full of hops, and what do you get? A direct hit to your hop-loving nose and mid-palate. Bitter in the best sense of the word, this is one clean, bright, piney brew. Classic bergamot flavors drift into further hoppy bliss, brightening rather than dampening your palate. This beer makes us seriously hungry for a plate of tacos al pastor. PS — your friend who “doesn’t like hops” will not be down with this beer. Available in 4-pack tallboys, growlers, and by the glass, our West Coast IPA can be found at our tasting room while supplies last. <image:title>Kettle Sour - Pucker Up</image:title>
<image:caption>You can thank our friend lactobacillus for the tart, tangy, and infinitely refreshing flavor of Akash Brewing’s Kettle Sour. The magic happens in the mash tun, where hungry probiotics turn sugar into lactic acid. All this acid tends to act as a color booster, adding a little CMYK to this bright, cheery red beer that speaks of summer sun and naps in the hammock. Grab your straw hat. Dried hibiscus flower and pineapple bring balance and mouth-watering tropical flavors to the mix, making this brew both thirst-quenching and slowly sippable. Available Friday, July 30th at our tasting room. Additions: Hibiscus Flower, Pineapple ABV: 6% Gallons Produced: 472</image:caption>

      <image:title>Red Amber Ale - Hello, Red.</image:title>
<image:caption>Add a pop of color to your pint, with our mahogany red amber ale. In every gorgeous pour, complex malty flavors and distinctly delicious bitter notes duke it out for dominance on the playing field. We give each side points, then throw in a cheerleading squad of Columbus and Hersbrucker hops. And the crowd goes wild. Pile your burger high with blue cheese and bacon. Those special malts and bitter nuances work seamlessly with foods from the bbq. We also love the Akash Brewing Red Amber Ale with a properly-made, spicy massaman curry. <image:title>Hazy IPA - Those Lazy, Hazy Days of Summer</image:title>
<image:caption>The clouds clear, and a couple rays of sunshine burst on through. Always makes you smile, right? As does this bright and juicy, unfiltered IPA. We took the bitterness scale down an octave or two, leaving room for a few more of those citrus flower notes we love. Go on, call us a “Hazeboi.” See if we care. This is the beer you want in one hand when you’re holding a perfect taco in the other. Bonus points for a side of guac. Hops: Simcoe, Strata ABV: 7.8% Gallons Produced: 472</image:caption>

      <image:title>Mexican Lager - Claro, Que Sí.</image:title>
<image:caption>No matter how you pour it, the central element of any Mexican Lager should be drinkability. After all, these brews are meant to be refreshing on the hottest of summer days. with a clean flavor, and low bitterness. The flaked maize (corn) added to the mash lends a notable crispness to our Mexican Lager, while pilsner malt ensures perfect clarity, or “clara.” And while you don’t necessarily need a torta or roasted sweet corn with tajin to enjoy our Mexican Lager, it sure as heck doesn’t hurt!
